The item arrived exactly as it appeared online. Sometimes products ordered online can look quite different in person, but that was not the case at all here. The leather quality, texture, and feel were excellent, and I’m very glad I placed the order.
I also think the option to have initials engraved is a wonderful touch, as it makes the gift feel more personal and special. I chose the gold engraving, which looked very elegant and refined. Overall, I am extremely satisfied and would definitely purchase from them again.
