1. Simply enter your initials/symbols (up to 3 characters or up to 8 if you have selected our calligraphy champagne glassware). To include the love heart symbol, simply copy and paste a ♡ into the field. 2. Select no gift box if you don't require a gift box or the gift box + ribbon (+$25) for the ultimate unboxing. Note, all glassware orders include complementary cotton canvas bags monogrammed with our MONT LAURÉNT signature and a product care card. Dispatch Times

• Non-Personalised Orders: Shipped within 1-2 business days.

• Personalised Orders: Please allow 1–4 business days for monogramming, plus an additional 2–7 business days for standard delivery. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding Australian public holidays).

• During peak sale periods (EOFY, Christmas, Black Friday), dispatch times may extend to 4–5 business days.

Need Your Order Urgently?

• Select Express Post at checkout to speed up delivery from our studio to your address. Please note: Express Post applies to faster shipping after dispatch and does not include expedited monogramming or order processing.

• For priority monogram and dispatch within 24 hours + Express post, choose our Jump the Queue service at checkout. Please note, these orders are shipped Mon-Fri only, if you place the order on Friday it will be shipped Monday. While we ship orders within 24 hours for JTQ orders, we cannot garantee delivery times as Australia Post is outside of our control. Please note, JTQ is not delivered within 24 hours of ordering, but monogrammef and dispatched Express within 24 hours of ordering. Please refer to Australia Post delivery calculator for estimated delivery times.

Delivery & Tracking

• We ship via Australia Post or Aramex. 

• You will receive tracking details in your dispatch confirmation email.

• We recommend selecting a secure delivery location. MONT LAURÉNT is not responsible for stolen or lost parcels.
  

Uncollected or Returned Parcels

• If your parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, re-shipping fees will apply:

  • Australia: $30 per box (Standard Post) or $50per box (Express Post) for glassware and $20 for leather goods (standard) or $30 (Express Post). This fee covers the return cost of the parcel back to us plus the new delivery fee.
    

MONT LAURÉNT cannot be held responsible for postal delays or circumstances beyond our control.

What does Shipping Insurance cover?

You have the option to select shipping insurance for $3.99 at checkout. If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will replace your order. Please note, it does not cover items stolen once delivered.

What are your shipping costs and estimated shipping times? 

Please note: The delivery time frames below are estimates only. Mont Laurent is not liable for delays outside of these time frames. Be sure to factor in our processing times (outlined above) when selecting your postage option. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend choosing Express Post or our Jump the Queue service. Please note that Express Post shortens the delivery time after dispatch, but does not affect processing time.

• Standard Shipping — $9.99 on orders under $150 for leather and $14.99 on orders under $150 for glass — 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping — $14.95 for leather and $19.99 for glass  — 1–3 business days (please note our monogram and dispatch times of 1-3 business days still apply)

Important Information for International Orders

• International deliveries may experience delays beyond our control.

• Please ensure the recipient is available to accept the delivery.

• All customs declarations and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. Please note this can be up to 20% depending on the value of the product and the country.

• MONT LAURÉNT is not responsible for unclaimed deliveries.

Returned Parcels
If an order is returned to sender due to non-collection, the recipient will be required to pay a re-shipping fee: AUD $40 per box for international orders.

For local Australian delivery, please see the below estimates:

Standard Shipping

• 2-6 business days for NSW & ACT. 
• 3-8 business days for QLD, VIC, SA, WA, TAS, NT. 
• 3-10 business days for NZ.

Express Shipping 

• 1-3 business days for NSW, ACT, QLD, and VIC
• 1-5 business days for SA, WA, NT and TAS.
• 3-7 business days for NZ

International Shipping

For international delivery, standard delivery is 1-3 weeks. Please note Mont Laurent will not be held responsible for any shipping delays due to the carrier or customs.

Where is my order shipped from?

We dispatch orders from our warehouse on the Northern Beaches in Sydney, Australia.

Who do you ship with?

All orders are sent using Australia Post and Aramex.

I wasn't home for my parcel delivery - what do I do?

Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel during business hours/a safe delivery address is provided where there is no/minimal chance of theft. 

Once your parcel is in transit, we are unable to arrange re-delivery. Please collect your parcel within 7 days to avoid it being returned to us.

We recommend providing a delivery address that is secure. MONT LAURÉNT cannot be held responsible for stolen parcels or items not collected in time.

If your parcel is returned to us, a re-shipping fee will apply.

What countries do you ship to outside of Australia?

We currently ship to the  following countries outside of Australia: Dubai, United Kingdom, New Zealand and Singapore.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes on my international order?

Please note that orders may be subject to additional taxes and duties depending on your country's import requirements. Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes and local charges.

MONT LAURÉNT does not accept responsibility for any delays or extra fees by customs and duty offices. Customers are required to provide any additional information from customs if requested, Mont Laurent are unable to do this on your behalf but can assist with any requested information.
