I ordered 2 stemless wine glasses, etched with Mr and Mrs and the date of our wedding 40 years ago. The glasses are a beautiful crystal and tastefully (subtly) etched. I ordered on a Friday morning, paid just under $10 for express delivery, and had them on Monday. The website was good, but not perfect (had trouble finding how to add a 2nd line, and concerned that the image did not reflect the correct glass type). But the online chat was amazing and my concerns/questions were answered immediately, obviously by a real person. The overall experience was excellent.
