How it works
How To Place An Order - Personalised Glassware
1. Simply enter your initials/symbols (up to 3 characters or up to 8 if you have selected our calligraphy champagne glassware).
For example:
Glass 1: J.M
Glass 2: S.M
To include the love heart symbol, simply copy and paste a ♡ into the field. If you need a custom engraving (more initials, a name or different design, please send us an email at customercare@montlaurent.com.au or jump on live chat).
2. Select no gift box if you don't require a gift box or the gift box + thank you card option if you would like a gift box and hand written card included (+$30). For an extra luxe gift, select the Gift Box + Ribbon & Card option ($40) to really impress your gift recipient. You can then add your personalised note in the message box and we will handwrite the card for you on your behalf. Note, all glassware orders include complimentary cotton canvas bags monogrammed with our MONT LAURÉNT signature logo. If you need an engraving that is slightly more 'bespoke' than the examples displayed, please jump on live chat or send us an email and our team will get back to you.
Popular personalisations and engravings include:

Returned Parcels
If an order is returned to sender due to non-collection, the recipient will be required to pay a re-shipping fee: AUD $40 per box for international orders.

Where is my order shipped from?
We dispatch orders from our warehouse on the Northern Beaches in Sydney, Australia.
Who do you ship with?
All orders are sent using Australia Post and Australia Post.
I wasn't home for my parcel delivery - what do I do?
Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel during business hours. Some postal carriers require a signature on delivery, and if no one is at the address, a collection card will be left.
Once your parcel is in transit, we are unable to arrange re-delivery. Please collect your parcel within 7 days to avoid it being returned to us.
We recommend providing a delivery address that is secure. Mont Laurent cannot be held responsible for stolen parcels or items not collected in time.
If your parcel is returned to us, a re-shipping fee will apply.
What countries do you ship to outside of Australia?
We currently ship to the following countries outside of Australia: Dubai, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Canada and Singapore.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes on my international order?
Please note that orders may be subject to additional taxes and duties depending on your country's import requirements. Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes and local charges.
MONT LAURÉNT does not accept responsibility for any delays or extra fees by customs and duty offices. Customers are required to provide any additional information from customs if requested, Mont Laurent are unable to do this on your behalf but can assist with any requested information.

1. How many letters or symbols can I include for personalisation?
Complementary personalisation is included for up to four letters/initials.
2. Can I place an order for a product without personalisation?
Absolutely! Simply leave the customisation field blank when checking out or add 'NO MONOGRAM' to the customisation field.
3. How long does personalisation take?
Our team aim to personalise all leather and glassware within 1-2 business days. You can upgrade your order at checkout for same-day processing and express postage if you need it ASAP.
Returns & Exchanges
At Mont Laurent, our commitment to excellence extends beyond your purchase. We want you to feel confident and supported throughout your shopping experience. While many of our products are custom-made and final sale, we are dedicated to resolving any issues promptly and efficiently. Can I Return My Order?
Due to the personalised nature of our leather and glassware products, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for change of mind.

Returning Non-Personalised Items
We are happy to exchange any non-personalised item returned in its original condition within 14 days of receipt, provided you have proof of purchase.

We recommend using Australia Post with tracking to ensure safe return. Mont Laurent is not responsible for items lost in transit.

No exchanges or refunds are available for sample or sale items.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

Important:

Broken glass should not be returned (posting broken glass is prohibited). Please photograph it before safe disposal for our insurance and records.

Faulty leather products must be returned within 7 business days after contacting Customer Care. We cannot reissue a replacement until the original item has been received (not required for broken glass).
A Note on Craftsmanship & Natural Variations
Glassware
Our French and European glassware is handcrafted from handblown crystal or premium glass. Natural variations such as small bubbles, seeds, or fine lines are inherent to the artisanal process and are not considered faults. These features are part of the unique character of handmade glassware.
Leather Monogramming
Leather types (e.g., Saffiano, pebble) will wear differently over time. To preserve your monogram, avoid contact with perfume, moisture, or abrasive surfaces. Fading of gold or silver foil is considered normal wear and tear and not a fault. For a permanent stamp, we recommend blind embossing at checkout.
Sale Items

All sale and sample items are final and not eligible for returns or refunds.

Personalised glassware is final sale unless faulty, in which case we will re-ship.

Some sample items may have minor imperfections (e.g., small scratches or dents) which will be disclosed in the product title and description.
Order Errors & Amendments
Once an order has been processed, we cannot make changes to personalisation or order details. Please double-check your order carefully before submitting it.

Product Care
Personalised Leather
To remove any dirt from the exterior leather, use a mixture of water (90%) and mild soap (10%). You can use a micro fibre polishing cloth in a gentle, circular motion (do not rub) after conducting a spot test. Once cleaned, leave the product to air dry. Do not machine wash or use harsh chemicals on the leather. If the product has been damaged, seek out a professional leather cleaner or repair specialist.
To keep the shape of your leather bag or product, insert some stuffing or tissue paper and store in a cool, dry environment. Keep your leather products away from heat, direct sunlight or damp areas.
Please avoid:
- Snagging the product on items such as jewellery, rough materials or sharp edges.
- Do not overstuff the bag, pouch etc. with other items.
- Do not store in plastic protection or expose to wet, hot or perfumed environments.
Personalisation is individually applied to each item and and may contain minor imperfections due to this artisanal process. Excessive use or rubbing against other items may affect the longevity of the applied gold or silver foil. For a permanent stamp, please select blind embossing at checkout.
Personalised Glassware
Our glassware is dishwasher safe although we recommend hand washing your new glasses in moderate to hot water with detergent. Use a gentle cloth to wipe off any marks and leave to air dry or simply clean with a microfibre cleaning cloth. For added shine, use a micro fibre polishing cloth available from your local supermarket. Do not use abrasive, scouring brushes or pads as this could damage the glass or engraving.
To avoid cracking or damaging the glass, do not pour hot liquid into a cold glass or cold liquid into a hot glass. Be gentle with the glass (don't dry it on a rack upside down as the glassware rim is the most fragile part of the glass).
How to recycle our packaging
To responsibly manage our packaging materials, we can adopt eco-friendly practices. Compostable mailers can be disposed of by either composting them at home if they meet composting standards or by finding a local composting facility that accepts them. Recycling our gift boxes is simple; we can break them down and place them in the recycling bin, along with the protective packaging. As for our cotton canvas bags, reusing them is key. These versatile bags can serve various purposes such as grocery shopping and carrying books. By incorporating these practices into our routine, we contribute to reducing waste and promoting sustainability.
