How To Place An Order - Personalised Glassware
1. Simply enter your initials/symbols (up to 4 characters or up to 8 if you have selected our calligraphy champagne glassware).
For example:

To include the love heart symbol, simply copy and paste a ♡ into the field. If you need a custom engraving (more initials, a name or different design, please send us an email at hello@montlaurent.com.au or jump on live chat).
2. Select no gift box if you don't require a gift box or the gift box + thank you card option if you would like a gift box and hand written card included (+$30). For an extra luxe gift, select the Gift Box + Ribbon & Card option ($40) to really impress your gift recipient. You can then add your personalised note in the message box and we will handwrite the card for you on your behalf. Note, all glassware orders include complimentary cotton canvas bags monogrammed with our MONT LAURÉNT signature logo and a product care card. All non-personalised orders will be shipped same/next business day. For personalised orders, please allow up to 2-4 business days to monogram your order and a further 2-7 business days for delivery. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday (excluding Australian public holidays).
Need your order urgently? Please select Express post at checkout or Jump the Queue for dispatch within 24 hours. Please note, Express Post does not equate to express dispatch, this only speeds up the delivery time frame from our studio to your delivery address.
Australia Post is Australia's most reliable postal service. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any transit delays or factors outside of our control. You can track your order using the tracking information provided in your dispatch confirmation email. Please ensure you have your item delivered to a safe location to ensure it is not stolen. Mont Laurent will not be held responsible for stolen or lost parcels. At checkout, you also have the option to select signature on delivery or shipping insurance for added peace of mind.
If your order has been returned to sender because it was not collected in time, the recipient will need to pay for the parcel to be resent to you ($19 for standard postage per box and $30 for express (Australia wide). For international orders, the standard re-shipping fee is $40 per box for glassware and $25 for leather orders.

We dispatch orders from our warehouse on the Northern Beaches in Sydney, Australia.
All orders are sent using Australia Post and Australia Post and DHL for international orders.
Please ensure someone is home to receive the parcel during business hours. Some postal carriers require signature on delivery and if no one is at the delivery address, the carrier will leave a collection card. Unfortunately, we are unable to organise a re-delivery once the parcel is in transit. Please ensure you pickup the parcel within 7 days before the item is returned to us. Please select an address that is safe to deliver - Mont Laurent are unable to accept responsibility for stolen goods or parcels that have not been collected in time. If the product is returned to us, you will need to pay a re-shipping fee.
We currently ship to the United States, Dubai, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Canada and Singapore.
Please note that orders may be subject to additional taxes and duties depending on your country's import requirements. Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes and local charges.

1. How many letters or symbols can I include for personalisation?
Complementary personalisation is included for up to four letters/initials.
2. Can I place an order for a product without personalisation?
Absolutely! Simply leave the customisation field blank when checking out or add 'NO MONOGRAM' to the customisation field.
3. How long does personalisation take?
Our team aim to personalise all leather and glassware within 1-2 business days. You can upgrade your order at checkout for same-day processing and express postage if you need it ASAP.

All orders are personalised to the specifications you have entered at checkout. Please note we cannot be held liable for items which have been entered incorrectly. We are unable to modify, cancel, refund or return orders that have been made in error. For items that are not personalised, we can offer an exchange.

Should your order arrive damaged, please send us a clear photo of the damaged product with a copy of your order confirmation.
Once you have submitted the above information, our team will investigate and be in contact within 2 business days to provide a replacement or discuss further.
Personalisation is individually applied to each item and and may contain minor imperfections due to this artisanal process. Excessive use or rubbing against other items may affect the longevity of the applied gold or silver foil on our leather products. For a permanent stamp, please select blind embossing at checkout.
For broken glass, please dispose of this safely and do not return it to us (mailing broken glass is prohibited). Please send through a photo of the broken glass before disposing of it as it is required for our shipping insurance and business records. For faulty leather products, please return to us within 7 business days once you have contacted Customer Care with a photo. Please note we are unable to reissue a new item until it is returned to us (not required for broken glass).
All of our French and European glassware have been hand-crafted from handblown crystal or premium glass. As it is impossible to achieve a 100% flawless glass free of imperfections, our glasses may contain natural seeds, bubbles and lines from time to time. These features are not considered a fault or flaw and don't effect the glass quality.
Perfection can only be achieved in assembly line glassware, whereas handblown, handmade glassware can have seeds or lines in the glass. When handblown glass is made, gases are created when the chemicals are fused or melted with raw ingredients. A line or cord may occur during the fusing of the molten crystal and is the natural outcome of handblown glassware. As a result, it is not considered an imperfection or flaw, but rather a characteristic of handblown crystal glassware.
Please note all types of leathers (Saffiano, pebble etc.) will wear differently. Please avoid rubbing the gold or silver foil against any perfume, wet or rough surfaces. A fading monogram is not considered a fault but general wear and tear. Please ensure you store your leather items away from direct sunlight, heat or damp areas.
All orders are quality checked prior to dispatch. We cannot provide a return or exchange on products due to change of mind on products that have been personalised.
For faulty orders, MONT LAURÉNT will replace the item if we deem there is a fault. Please reach out to our team with photos and your order number before making the return. The customer is liable for shipping return fees but will be reimbursed should our team confirm the fault.

For any item that has not been personalised, we are happy to exchange the product once the items(s) have been returned to us.
To qualify for an exchange, you must have proof of purchase (order number) and the item must be returned to us in original condition within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible. Shipping and return charges are the responsibility of the customer. If 14 days have passed since the purchase date, a refund or exchange will not be offered under any circumstance.

All sales are final and are not eligible for returns. All personalised glassware is not eligible for a return unless faulty in which case we will re-ship. All unpersonalised sale items are not eligible for a refund. Please note some of our sample sale items include a slight defect (scratch, dent in the leather etc), this is made clear in the product title and description.
MONT LAURÉNT will not amend an order once it has been placed and already processed (personalised). We are not liable for any incorrectly placed orders. Please double check the order including personalisation details and shipping information prior to placing the order. Where possible, our Customer Care team will make every effort to amend an order before it is dispatched however we cannot make any guarantees.
Please note, the personalisation font size and location placement of the monogram is at the discretion of MONT LAURÉNT.
To remove any dirt from the exterior leather, use a mixture of water (90%) and mild soap (10%). You can use a micro fibre polishing cloth in a gentle, circular motion (do not rub) after conducting a spot test. Once cleaned, leave the product to air dry. Do not machine wash or use harsh chemicals on the leather. If the product has been damaged, seek out a professional leather cleaner or repair specialist.
To keep the shape of your leather bag or product, insert some stuffing or tissue paper and store in a cool, dry environment. Keep your leather products away from heat, direct sunlight or damp areas.

Our glassware is dishwasher safe although we recommend hand washing your new glasses in moderate to hot water with detergent. Use a gentle cloth to wipe off any marks and leave to air dry or simply clean with a microfibre cleaning cloth. For added shine, use a micro fibre polishing cloth available from your local supermarket. Do not use abrasive, scouring brushes or pads as this could damage the glass or engraving.
To avoid cracking or damaging the glass, do not pour hot liquid into a cold glass or cold liquid into a hot glass. Be gentle with the glass (don't dry it on a rack upside down as the glassware rim is the most fragile part of the glass).
To responsibly manage our packaging materials, we can adopt eco-friendly practices. Compostable mailers can be disposed of by either composting them at home if they meet composting standards or by finding a local composting facility that accepts them. Recycling our gift boxes is simple; we can break them down and place them in the recycling bin, along with the protective packaging. As for our cotton canvas bags, reusing them is key. These versatile bags can serve various purposes such as grocery shopping and carrying books. By incorporating these practices into our routine, we contribute to reducing waste and promoting sustainability.
