How do I personalise my order?
Simply enter your chosen initials (up to 3 characters) and checkout.
What is the leather packaged in?
All leather orders are sent in our signature MONT LAURENT dust bags. We are working on gift boxes for our leather products (hopefully available early 2026)!
What is your leather made from?
Our leather is made from genuine Saffiano or full-grain leather.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes we offer corporate/bulk discounts on orders of 10+ pieces. Please email us at customercare@montlaurent.com.au for more information.
How long does shipping take?
The team aim to personalise all glassware within 1-3 business days however during sales and peak trading periods such as Christmas this can fluctuate up to 3-5 business days.
You can upgrade to Express post at checkout but please note, the dispatch time still applies (the Express post covers from the time it leaves our warehouse to the time it arrives at your chosen delivery address).
Need it urgently? Select 'Jump the queue' at checkout for dispatch within 24 hours and Express post
What shipping carrier do you use?
We ship all parcels using Australia Post. All orders can be tracked using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Your order is shipped from Sydney's Northern Beaches, postcode 2100.
Can I return my order?
Due to the personalised nature of our glass and leather products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind. If an item has been incorrectly personalised by us, please reach out to our team with your order number and a photo of the item to customercare@montlaurent.com.au
All orders are personalised to the specifications you have entered at checkout. Please note we cannot be held liable for items which have been entered incorrectly. We are unable to modify, cancel, refund or return orders that have been made in error. For items that are not personalised, we can offer an exchange. Please note there are no refunds on sale items.
We recommend you return your order with Australia Post and keep a copy of the tracking information. MONT LAURÉNT will not be held responsible for any items lost in transit.
To initiate the exchange, please contact us at customercare@montlaurent.com.au before returning your product.
My item arrived damaged, what can I do?
Should your order arrive damaged, please send us a clear photo of the damaged product with a copy of your order confirmation within 5 days of receiving the product.
Once you have submitted the above information, our team will investigate and be in contact within 2 business days to provide a replacement or discuss further.
For broken glass, please dispose of this safely and do not return it to us (mailing broken glass is prohibited). Please send through a photo of the broken glass before disposing of it as it is required for our shipping insurance and business records.
